On Saturday June 24, the charming venue will be throwing a soiree full of sumptuous sips and snacks, with the spotlight on truffle. As you prepare to perch for a flavourful five-course feast of truffle delights, you will be greeted with a welcome drink on arrival. Then the indulgent dishes await – quail egg with truffle mayo to start and truffle focaccia and caramelised onion with truffle parmesan as appetiser. These will be followed by an entree of tortellone cacio e pepe served with Manjiumap WA truffle fondue and the main affair – a 150-g eye fillet with red wine jus and truffle potatoes gratin. Of course, it wouldn’t be an Italian feast without the sweet bite of a truffle creme brulee – your taste buds will be in heaven. The culinary journey begins at 5:30 pm – bellissimo!
