On Wednesday June 12, make your way to the Eagle Street precinct to sample the succulent fruits of the Apple Isle. Dine on a decadent spread, inside the walls of an interior to match, for $175 per person.
Guiding this exclusive event is Tillerman’s esteemed executive chef, Suwisa Phoonsang-Robb. Chef Suwisa has crafted a menu that complements and enhance the flavours of each wine. From delicate seafood to succulent meats, prepare to be transported to the heart of Tasmania with every bite, as Chef Suwisa showcases the region’s diverse culinary heritage.
