PARK(ing) Day is an annual worldwide event where teams of residents transform car park spaces into people-friendly slices of paradise. This year, cities such as Dallas, Dublin, London and Singapore are all taking part.

In Brisbane, 26 teams will take over parking spaces and turning them into pop-up craft spaces – think outdoor art galleries, performance stages and more! At South Bank you will find a community textile stitching project, a Spanish-themed sculpture and art display, a retro photo booth and a Wishing Tree.
