Even with the end of 2023 in our sights, Brisbane's dining scene continues to grow. Next week, South Brisbane will welcome Como Restaurant, a modern Italian eatery helmed by a highly regarded chef with hatted experience. Before Como lifts the cloche on its Melbourne Street digs (as well as a menu featuring the likes of bignes topped with Oscietra caviar, spaghetti with Champagne lobster and Cabassi Wagyu fullblood coulotte), the restaurant team will be visiting a number of iconic Brisbane locations tomorrow, giving away dining vouchers and other goodies at each stop.
