Montrachet Champagne Laneway

Montrachet Champagne Laneway

Prepare to be whisked away to the cobbled streets of France as Brisbane’s Machinery Street transforms into the Montrachet Champagne Laneway. For one magical day, champagne lovers will tout chilled glasses of champagne through their very own Parisian-inspired laneway. Held just around the corner from Bowen Hill’s bustling King Street, 200 guests will spend a luxurious event just steps from the new setting of Brisbane’s Montrachet restaurant.

The Montrachet Champagne Laneway will brandish open doors on premium French champagne, authentic, artisan pastries, and a summertime setting never seen before in Brisbane. Talk about the perfect excuse to indulge in the celebratory tipple! Twelve champagnes will be available to purchase throughout the event, with three pop-up bars offering different pours. Set in the summer air just steps from Brisbane’s King Street, the Montrachet Champagne Laneway will see guests tasting a selection of vintage, non-vintage, and rosé champagnes.

Guests will receive a complimentary glass of NV Louis Roederer Brut Premier upon arrival, to be enjoyed over brunch canapés from Montrachet’s soon-to-open boulangerie. World-class champagnes will be paired with selections of almond croissants, coffee éclairs, double smoked ham cruffins, and baguettes filled with charcuterie, grilled vegetables and fresh mozzarella, among much more.

As champagne flutes toast to incredible French flavours, guests will sample fare from acclaimed Lyonnaise baker, Patrick Delbar. As his first departure from France in over 35 years of baking, Patrick will showcase incredible collections of artisan pastries, crisp baguettes, and loaves of fresh bread.

Your own corner of Paris is about to arrive.
