There’s just something about long table dining and glittering candlelight that adds a touch of elegance and glamour to an evening and Napoli inspired theming at Eagle Farm’s Tote Room will have diner’s feeling like they’ve stepped in to an Italian Trattoria, it’s going to be belissimo!

Brisbane Racing Club’s well renown culinary team have worked tirelessly to prepare an exquisite three course sit down menu starting with warm artisan breads, grana cheese, mixed olives, and balsamico di Modena, before moving on to an entrée featuring Naples-style buffalo mozzarella, San Daniele baby heirloom tomatoes, rocket, torn basil and extra virgin olive oil.

The evening’s main event is roast duckling breast, wild mushroom and truffle risotto with twice cooked veal and sage filled tortelloni and marsala ristretto and broccoli. The sweet tooths will salivate with a truly Italian finale of sweet ricotta and candied fruit cannoli with pistachio, limoncello zabaglione and Amalfi roasted peach cheek for dessert. Delizioso!
