On Thursday August 5, the world will be celebrating World Oyster Day. To commemorate the occasion, the team at The Inchcolm has planned an entire week in tribute to the sea-caught delicacy with The Inchcolm ‘Oystertini’.

From Monday August 2 to Sunday August 7, The Inchcolm will be offering Oystertinis – where sippers can select from any of the 11 Inchcolm martinis with an oyster placed within for only $15. Served shaken or stirred, these martinis are crafted with Ketel One Vodka, Sipsmith London Dry Gin, fennel-infused dry vermouth, orange bitters, olive juice, and like any good dirty martini, the oyster replaces the saltiness of olives.

Enjoy Oystertinis from midday until late for the entire week.
