Join us at Beirne Lane for our Japanese Whisky dinner with Nikka Whisky, hosted by Nikka Whisky AU brand ambassador Kevin Griffin! We will be showcasing some of the Nikka portfolio alongside matched dishes from our chefs at Beirne Lane. Think miso cauliflower, flank steak, sansho pepper sauce, Teriyaki wagyu beef brisket and Japanese dukkah with corn.
