Corbett and Claude is introducing Martini Thursdays to its calendar with faithful and new shakes of the iconic cocktail. From 4:00 pm every Thursday, you’re invited to start your weekend with one of the many sips on the martini menu, paired with a curated selection of bites. Keep it classic with a dirty martini or shake things up with the ping pong martini – the house special of vodka, lime and lychee sweetened with a dash of passionfruit liqueur. On the food menu, find plates of bar snacks like golden chicken bites and cauliflower bites as well as halloumi chips and hot chips dusted in parmesan.

Martini Thursdays lets you sample three martinis and three plates of snacks for $55 per person – letting you add a touch of sophistication to your Thursday evenings with ease. Available at all three locations – Corbett and Claude Elizabeth Street, Corbett and Claude Mt Gravatt and Corbett and Claude Everton Park.
