The Brisbane bakery recently went viral with its 100’s & 1000’s Lamington – a delightful twist on a classic Australian dessert with vanilla tea cake filled with a luscious white-chocolate ganache, dipped in even more white chocolate ganache, and generously coated in colourful 100’s & 1000’s sprinkles.

To celebrate the popularity of the nostalgic knockout, Jocelyn’s Provisions is making it available for purchase from  July 20–21 at all three of its locations: James St, Albion and Camp Hill.
