A gifted songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, INIKO is leading an alternative soul revolution – and they’re making their Aussie debut at Open Season. Drawing inspiration from trap music, rock, movie scores, dancehall and soul, INIKO finds inspiration in almost every situation.

Expressive and existentially curious, INIKO makes music for soul searchers, fusing sinewy vocals with an adventurous imagination to tackle anxiety, damaged romance, and philosophy with warmth and whimsy. In the process, INIKO (they/them) has generated an inimitable brand of cosmic soul, and a growing fan base that includes 4 million TikTok followers. The artist has continued doing so with “The King’s Affirmation,” and then their rebellious 2023 single “Jericho” which pulsates with the electricity of a star coming into their own.
