Be transported to a world of wizards, witches and magical melodies with the return of Queensland Symphony Orchestras Harry Potter Film Concert Series. Muggles will gather at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday March 16, 2024 to experience Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part One In Concert, the second last film of the entire series. Maestro Vanessa Scammel will conduct the orchestra in performing Alexandre Desplat’s incredible score live, as the entire film plays on a 40-foot screen in the background. In this film, Harry Ron and Hermione set out to track down and destroy the Horcruxes – the secret to Voldemort’s power. On their own and on the run, the three must reply on one another more than ever against the dark forces that threaten to tear them apart.
