Dine Out Brisbane is a showcase of the region’s freshest produce in the city’s best restaurants. From July 18 until August 4, 32 restaurants across the city will use a key ingredient of their choice from Brisbane’s food bowl regions in a hero dish, giving foodies the opportunity to see, smell and taste what Brisbane’s amazing producers have to offer.

From fresh seafood in the waters of Moreton Bay to carrots in the Scenic Rim to honey from hives on Brisbane’s rooftops, Dine Out Brisbane brings the regions’ produce to your plate.
