The Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra invites you to attend Celebrating Vienna as part of Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2015 Metropolitan Concert Series and the 4MBS Classic FM 2015 Festival of Classics.

To celebrate the theme of the 2015 4MBS Festival of Classics, the Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra will be embarking on a journey to explore the sounds of Vienna from the uplifting merriment of Johann Strauss to the epic proportions of Mahler.

The program include performances of J. Strauss’ Overture to Die Fledermaus, Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto in E flat and Mahler’s Symphony No.5.
