After the wild success of its last Burrata Night, Salt Meats Cheese is bringing the salivation-inducing event back for a sweet, sweet encore.

Join the SMC team at Salt Meats Cheese Newstead on Tuesday September 28 for a night dedicated to the legen-dairy burrata. They’ll be serving up six mouth-watering dishes that pay tribute to the world’s most decadent cheese – ⁠including a Pesto Bomb (deep-fried burrata, pesto and romesco sauce), Polpette (burrata, pork and veal meatballs and Napoletana sauce) and Dolcerata (burrata, honeycomb and warm salted caramel sauce).

Bookings are essential, so reserve your table in advance. Remember to wipe the drool from your lips first.
