Three years in the making, Ballistic Beer Co. is finally launching! The large-scale craft brewery (in fact the largest in Brisbane at the moment) comes from owner David Kitchen and head brewer Lachy Crothers, who have been working away creating their space and testing beers at the site in Salisbury. Between January 6–8, the Ballistic guys will be taking over taps around Brisbane, and you can be among the first to try the Australian Psycho IPA, Pilot Light, Dirty Word Lager and the Grandfather Old Ale.
