Much to our delight, Brisbane is fast becoming known for its incredible selection of craft-beer breweries. December 2016 saw the addition of a new one to our stellar line-up – Ballistic Beer Co. The brewery comes from owner David Kitchen and head brewer Lachy Crothers, worked away for months creating their space and testing beers at Ballistic’s brewery site in Salisbury. The guys have crafted a number of core brews, including their Australian Psycho IPA and Dirty Word craft lager. Ballistic Beer Co’s open-shed brewery houses the production of the beverages, also features a cellar-door style bar where you can pop in for a sip from 12 taps and tour of the breweries facilities. Food trucks also make a regular occurrence on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
