Join us for Australia’s Most Sustainable Beer Dinner as part of the jam-packed Brewsvegas 2018 program!

One of Queensland’s newest players on the scene, Helios Brewing, have created one of Australia’s most sustainable breweries. Their new line-up of beers will be showcased on the night, paired with an environmentally sustainable menu created by hatted head chef Rob Campbell. Insights on the night from both the founder of Helios, Scott Shomer and Rob about how this came to be ‘Australia’s Most Sustainable Beer Dinner’.
