Get the troops together for a spectacular evening of delectable fare and wine, to recognise and celebrate the outstanding young talent in the Brisbane food scene at the 2015 Variety of Young Chefs Dinner on Thursday September 24 at London Fields, West End. Presented by Variety – the Children’s Charity, this special event will showcase Brisbane’s culinary superstars, while raising money to assist children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs. Head chefs and restaurant owners from exclusive Brisbane restaurants have selected up and coming talent within their kitchen that hold enormous potential and passion for culinary creativity and the food industry.

Guests will be greeted with delicious canapés and cocktails on arrival, followed by a four, mouth-watering courses matched with wines. The evening will showcase Brisbane’s culinary superstars of tomorrow, all with the heart warming magic only a Variety event can provide.
