Adapted by renowned choreographer Ben Stevenson OBE from the original 19th century Russian classic and featuring the original Tchaikovsky score by Queensland Symphony Orchestra, this cherished Queensland Ballet holiday tradition returns to Brisbane for its tenth spell-binding season. This hugely popular ballet has been captivating audiences – young and old – across the globe for more than 120 years. Queensland Ballet’s production was choreographed by Ben Stevenson OBE in 1976 and premièred for Brisbane audiences in 2013.
