Celebrate 30 years of Lunar New Year festivities with Sunnybank Plaza & Sunny Park! You’re invited to honour the Year of the Dragon, embracing a year filled with joy, prosperity, and abundance.

The 2024 Lunar New Year celebration program taking place from Wednesday February 7 to 11 and will showcase an array of engaging activities. Attendees can immerse themselves in Chinese calligraphy, Chinese silk embroidery, traditional crafts and children’s activities. Additionally, the event will feature the popular food discovery tours, along with the beloved lion and dragon dance performances, Chinese Orchestra performances, Tai Chi demonstrations and more.

A highlight of the week will be the magnificent Dragon Village balloon sculpture on display at Sunny Park, an incredible photo opportunity for the whole family.
