The highly anticipated annual Spring Clothes Swap will be held to raise money for The Nest Community Inc. A clothes swap is an environmentally friendly, social event that allows people to come together and recycle and refresh their wardrobe.

With over 150 people in attendance at last year’s clothes swap, this year’s event is set to become Brisbane’s biggest clothes swap.

The cost is $10 entry on the night and a gold coin donation for coffee, tea and home-baked dessert. All money collected will be donated to local Everton Park organisation, The Nest Community Inc. Clothes are to be dropped off at The Nest, 720 South Pine Road, Everton Park prior to the event.

The Nest embraces handmade living to support the well being of women and children. The Nest program includes workshops, events and a haberdashery social enterprise for pre-loved craft materials. The Nest is a not-for-profit organisation located in a beautiful heritage listed house at 720 South Pine Road, Everton Park.
