Art from the Margins (AFTM) is delighted to invite you to Sistas, an exhibition of work by Indigenous artists which celebrates Indigenous women in solidarity with the 2018 NAIDOC theme ‘Because of her, we can’!

Opening Celebration:
The event opening on Saturday 14 July from 2:00–4:0 pm, will feature an incredible array of SEQ Indigenous artwork, including recent works by Marlene Wilson, winner of the St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital 2017 AFTM Indigenous Artist Award. Highlights include a Welcome to Country by Songwoman Maroochy Barambahand entertainment by special guests the Whoopee-Do Crew.

Gallery Viewing Times:
The Sistas exhibition will be available for viewing from July 9 to August 9.
AFTM Gallery hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday.
