Join Studio Maverik for a Sunday afternoon of self-guided Long Pose Life Drawing. Hosted in the heart of Brisbane at the beautiful arts venue, The Station.
Long pose life drawing entails an experienced nude Life Model holding a single pose for an extended period of time, with small breaks through out. In this two-hour session, you will have lots of time to capture the essence of a single pose.
The session will start with some quick warm-up poses, then move into one long pose for the majority of the session. This class is perfect for anyone – from those who want to take their time dipping their toe in life drawing, up to experienced drawers. We’re all very friendly!

Be sure to bring all of your drawing materials and settle in for a relaxed session with enough time to create a comprehensive piece. This sessions is capped at 20 spots to ensure each person has plenty of room to spread out, relax, move around and experiment with scale and materials. Basic drawing materials are provided.
