Baking queens, get set! The International Cake Show Australia – aka the ultimate day out for cake enthusiasts – is coming to Brisbane from April 12–14.

There will be competitions, hands-on workshops, cookie and cupcake classes, appearances by cake celebrities, pop-up shops for all of your baking needs, plus life-sized sugar features on display like the spooky Sugar House of Horror and the life-sized Bumblebee Transformer (in cake form!). Check out the Haute Couture Wedding Cake Challenge set by star wedding dress designer George Wu, and make your way to the cake decorating stage for some inspo, and learn the tricks of the trade at the demonstration stage, before witnessing the star-studded bake-off!

The International Cake Show Australia runs 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
