Lace up your footy boots and gather family and friends for a day of football, food, festivities, and fireworks at the grand opening of the new $15 million Everleigh AFL oval on Saturday, November 18, from 5pm to 8pm at Ivory Parkway in Greenbank.

The free family event, by Everleigh developer Mirvac, will feature football matches with local teams followed by Auskick skills sessions run by AFL Queensland, for youngsters eager to take their first steps onto the field.

Players and spectators can also enjoy live music and entertainment, delicious food trucks offering an array of cuisines, kids’ activities and competitions, with a dazzling fireworks finale after the sun goes down.
