From August 7 to September 1, Museum of Brisbane’s Artist in Residence, Dead Puppet Society will explore themes in MOB’s recent exhibition Making Place: 100 Views of Brisbane through a participatory project involving the wider Brisbane community. The creative crew behind the deeply imaginative design-led theatre group will speak with visitors about places in Brisbane (both public and private) that are significant to them. Responses from participants will be collected through a custom-made centrepiece, which is envisaged to be used to build a high-tech model for place-based storytelling in the future.
