Villains are fascinating when written well. So, how do you create a villain your readers love to hate? T.M. Clark will workshop how to make your villain compelling and to suit your created world while keeping both your readers, and you as a writer, interested in your story. Participants will create a hero and a villain for their own story through interactive activities, writing exercises, and villainous interviews

Learning Outcomes:
Attendees will create both a hero and a villain for their own story while having fun with writing skills writing exercises, brainstorming, and group discussions, including:
Examination of villain’s and pinpointing what worked well in them – and why.
Character development of hero and villains
Learning how to ‘be cruel’ to ‘create beautiful’ in literature
Learning that creating isn’t always sitting at a desk typing and can be fun when done in groups or individually.
