Chinese New Year at Stanley
Welcome the Year of the Dragon by celebrating Chinese New Year at Stanley.
To mark the occasion, head chef Louis Tikaram has curated a delectable selection of limited-edition Cantonese dishes that can be added to any of Stanley’s current banquet menus or the traditional a la carte menu.
Expect to indulge in the likes of grilled baby abalone with black bean, garlic and chilli, XO pipis with crispy noodles, coriander and shallots, five-spice roast duck with blood-plum sauce and truffle and spanner crab egg fried rice with caviar.
The Chinese New Year celebrations will take place from Friday February 9 until Tuesday February 13 for lunch and dinner, with traditional lion dancers on Friday and Saturday at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
