Bakery Lane Craft Coffee Festival

Bakery Lane Craft Coffee Festival

Just in time to warm the hearts of Brisbane’s coffee lovers this Winter, the inaugural Bakery Lane Craft Coffee Festival will be celebrating everything ‘caffeine’ on Saturday August 4. Bringing these magical beans to life, Bakery Lane’s premier cafes, restaurants and bars will be dishing up excitingcoffee inspired creations for visitors while they enjoy live entertainment and interactive showcases around the precinct. From coffee-flavoured eclairs, traditional crêpes drenched in coffee crème, tiramisu cups, espresso cupcakes, milky coffees stirred with chocolate spoons and many other treats, the day will be a serious caffeine frenzy!

With Le Petit Paris Bakery, Cakes & Sh*t and The New Black already popular as Brisbane’s best coffee hangouts, the festival will see Nomnom Korean, Jonny’s Pizzeria, the new TSO Valley Lounge & Dining, Laruche Bar and Bowery Bar all sharing the love for coffee! For those leaning towards some just as satisfying savoury bites or decaf beverages, guests will be spoilt for choice with the laneway’s foodie hotspots at right at their fingertips.

Coffee aficionados will find themselves inspired by the range of suppliers on show, with the opportunity to sample and enjoy different brews and beans from stalls around the laneway. Plus, learn how to make the perfect coffee with demonstrations by skilled baristas throughout the day.

Accompanying the delicious food and beverages, live music by The Fergies and Pink Matter (award winning female four-piece band, with festival debuts around Australia) will be making the coffee taste smoother than ever.

When the festival turns to night, it will be time for the night owls to enjoy an espresso martini or coffeeinfused cocktail from one of the laneway bars as the coffee buzz and good tunes continue.
