Affordable Art Fair, a globally renowned art festival showcasing original works that are priced anywhere between $100 to $10,000, will take over Brisbane Showgrounds from May 9–12, 2024. Pieces from more than 40 independent galleries will be on display and available to purchase, giving money-conscious aesthetes the chance to nab quality and contemporary original artworks at affordable prices.

Now in its 25th year, accessible-art phenomenon Affordable Art Fair has welcomed more than 3.1 million art enthusiasts, and since its inaugural fair in 1999, has sold a whopping 568,000 works from emerging and established artists. The Affordable Art Fair now runs in 16 cities worldwide, with Brisbane, Berlin and Austin joining the roster in 2024.

The curated collection, featuring works from a range of galleries from across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, will span all styles and genres, delivering a spectacular smorgasbord of paintings, sculptures, installations, photography, limited-edition prints and more. In addition to browsing the thousands of original artworks, attendees will also be able to enjoy live artist demonstrations, talks and tours, as well as hands-on workshops and kids activities. Plus, there will be live music each day, and a delicious array of treats and tipples available.
