The hugely popular Xtend Barre studios of former Moulin Rouge dancer Shay Stafford will be awash with rosey tones this week, as part of the fourth annual Plie for Pink in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. A professional dancer with more than two decades’ experience, Shay is the perfect fit to be leading the Plie For Pink classes, which will be amongst the first of their kind in the world.

Participants will be asked to make a donation of $35 to join the class before donning signature pink grip socks and dancing their way through the session, with a celebratory glass of bubbles and sweet treats at its conclusion. You can practically feel the good vibes from here! Never done barre? Not to worry – it’s for all ages and abilities and no prior dance experience is necessary!
