Hosted by Mike van Acker on, Saturday November 19, the feature acts will be the talented and fantastic, Dave Eastgate & Bron Lewis! Dave Eastgate is an actor, stand-up comedian, writer and musician who lives in Sydney, Australia. He starred in the ABC/BBC/Comedy Central US smash hit, Ronnie Chieng: International Student and was nominated for a Logie Award for his portrayal of a cancer patient in Channel 9’s critically acclaimed drama series, Doctor Doctor. He also appeared as Ken Blundell in the smash hit Muriel’s Wedding the Musical. Bron Lewis is a Brisbane-based comic who longs for the day where Brisbane folk stop talking about the 1988 Expo. Her love for storytelling brought her to comedy where she has delighted in combining the two artforms. National Winner of RAW Comedy 2022; and a four-time winner of the internationally acclaimed ‘The Moth Storytelling Night’. She has three kids – one an infamous COVID baby – and she accepts rent from them in the currency of singular socks and eye-rolls.
