To celebrate Settimo’s first birthday, Guy Grossi and award-winning head chef Alessandro Pizzolato will be sharing sweet birthday treats for their Brisbane famiglia with an exclusive pop-up in the Queen Street Mall.

This is an exclusive opportunity for Queen Street Mall and city patrons to personally engage with Guy and Alessandro. Passers-by can taste and takeaway complimentary signature Settimo cannolis to enjoy on their way to start the day ahead.

UN ANNO DI ANNIVERSARIO
(Settimo’s First Year Anniversary)
On Friday, 23 February 2024 Settimo will celebrate one year of serving award-winning Amalfi Coast cuisine served with its signature side of Italian spretzaturra. To mark the occasion Guy and award-winning head chef Alessandro will be hosting an intimate evening for its Settimo famiglia.

With the soul of the Amalfi in Settimo’s heart, diners will enjoy a handcrafted menu of exclusive new dishes. A little taste of the menu includes local fish, South Australian black mussels, local pipis, cuttlefish, chickpeas, and spaghetti, pomodoro, basil, Skull Island prawns marinati with more delights to be uncovered on the night.

PASTA MASTERCLASS WITH GUY + ALESSANDRO
Learn the art of pasta making at an exclusive masterclass led by celebrated Australian Italian chef Guy Grossi and Settimo head chef Alessandro Pizzolato.

After a sell-out masterclass experience in 2023, Guy and Alessandro return with their signature culinary flair and showcase their secrets to creating the perfect pasta.

Enjoy the satisfaction of creating your own delicious pasta – eggs, flour and all – then gather together around Settimo’s dining table with Guy and Alessandro and enjoy your bowl of pasta with a glass of wine in hand.

LIVE LA DOLCE VITA AT SETTIMO WITH APERITIVO HOUR
Settimo is giving the city a fresh reason to celebrate with the iconic Italian tradition of Aperitivo Hour.

Debuting from Thursday February 22 and available every Thursday to Saturday Settimo invites guests to savour the Italian ritual of socialising over an assortment of aperitifs including the classic Negroni, the zesty Limoncello Spritz and Settimo’s signature Amalfi Spritz served alongside quintessential Assagini (Italian small plates) including Pizza Fritte, Fritto Misto di Mare and Ostriche (oysters) with cucumber and prosecco.

WHEN: Thursday to Saturday from February 22
TIME: 4:00–6:00 pm
PRICE: $15 including award-winning head chef Alessandro’s Assagini tasting plate and a signature cocktail. Settimo’s full Assagini and cocktail menu is also
