People’s Day is a feel-good festival with purpose – giving you the tools, inspiration and connections you need to eat more locally, sustainably and affordably.

Hosted by TV legend Costa Georgiadis and held at southside foodie hub, Food Connect Shed, the festival includes a farmers market with local growers and artisan makers, free workshops on topics, live music and kids activities.

People’s Day is part of the SEQ Food Summit – a three day conference bringing together chefs, farmers and more to boost Brisbane’s sourcing of local produce before the 2032 Olympics
