Greg Cooley Wines Wine Lunch at Cinco Bistro

Feeling the need for a long lunch, then get along to the newly renovated Cinco Bistro at Camp Hill Sunday 9th December for a wine lunch with a difference. South Australian Winemaker Greg Cooley is headed back to Brisbane and it’ll be good, wine, good friends and grand times when he teams up with Cinco Chef Peter Stubbs, to showcase his new release Clare Valley Wines.

Join him for a delicious 4 course lunch matched to 8 of his wines, as he shares with you in good humour, some of the stories behind his wines and his journey thus far as a winemaker. Known for his fun approach to wine education, the ex-Villanova Boy has gained an impressive reputation for his famous wine lunches which blend food, wine and music in a relaxed environment.

The day kicks off with bubbles at noon and a mouth-watering French inspired menu matched up with Greg’s wines includes: Hervey Bay Scallops to start; a Twice Cooked Goats Cheese Souffle; the classic Duck A La Orange and a Fine Apple Tart with caramel sauce & ice cream.

To make the day even more special, Greg’s invited along Brisbane Opera duo “Raffaele and The Nightingale”, which features Italian Tenor Raffaele Piernno and renowned Soprano Lesley Martin-Nightingale singing some of the great opera classics!

Tickets at $150pp inclusive can be booked by calling Kelli at Greg Cooley Wines on 0421 055 799 or at Trybooking.
