The evening’s menu will begin with a trio of quail entree, a main of wagyu flat iron steak with potato parmesan croquettes, charred asparagus and green peppercorn sauce, and leave you speechless with a white chocolate and coconut parfait with vanilla and macadamia crumb and warm house made caramel for dessert.
