Join us for the 2024 Not The Winemakers Show and explore the finest wines from the region’s beautiful vineyards.

For only $125 per person, enjoy a packed afternoon of wines and delectable food. Test your palate against others and try to identify the best wine of the day in a blind tasting of unique McLaren Vale wines. These exclusive wines are not available in stores! Sample a selection of our Tessera Wines’ current vintages and indulge in a substantial canapés tasting menu prepared by Celebrity Chef Alastair McLeod and the AlFreshCo Catering team.

Straight from the vineyards of McLaren Vale, this event has become a tradition and a renowned McLaren Vale occasion. Originally, when vintage ended, the winemakers would hold their own celebratory lunch without inviting the vineyard workers. In response, the workers initiated their own ‘Not the Winemakers Lunch,’ where they showcased their best wines and judged the favorites among themselves. Our Red Winemaker, Phil Christiansen, was one of the founders of this lunch, and to this day, it remains the highlight of the annual calendar.
