Available every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm throughout February, The Lab’s Tray of Togetherness High Tea is made up of Asian-inspired canapes and petite decadent desserts that are sure to knock socks off. Start off on a savoury note and fill your belly with dynamite dim sum with prawn dumplings, xiaolongbao, red bean buns and crispy pork belly bao with pickled daikon all set to grace the table.

On the sweet side, you’ll find pistachio macarons with gold leaf, chestnut mont blanc, pistachio and chocolate pyramids, peanut butter cheesecake with five-spice sable, mandarin curd tart with citrus zest, layered chestnut cake and meringue, and pineapple shortbread. Of course, high tea isn’t complete without its namesake, and so you can wash all these delicious morsels down with hand-crafted teas.

The Tray of Togetherness High Tea is $50 per adult and $25 per child and is available to tuck in to on Saturdays and Sundays during the month of February from 1:00–4:00 pm. To book, call 1800 506 889.
