St Patrick's Day at Pig ‘N' Whistle

St Patrick’s Day at Pig ‘N’ Whistle

St Patrick’s Day is a cultural and religious celebration which marks the traditional death date of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland.

The St Patrick’s Day celebrations at Pig ‘N’ Whistle are renowned and the Irish in Brisbane congregate from far and wide to drink Guinness, eat from our traditional Irish menu and make a LOT of noise. As in previous years, we’ve got a stellar lineup of entertainment! On Friday March 17 the following will be roving our Pig ‘N’ Whistle venues.

Pipers:
King George Square: 4:15–4:45 pm
Riverside: 5–5:30 pm
West End: 6–6:30 pm
Queen Street: 7–7:15 pm

Irish dancers:
Riverside: 5:00 pm
King George Square: 6:00 pm
West End: 7:00 pm
Indooroopilly: 8:00 pm

Our Irish menu will be available Friday to Sunday so if you don’t make it down on the day, you can still celebrate throughout the weekend! The Ireland v England Six Nations game will also be playing at Riverside and Queen Street Mall so join us to watch it on the big screens live at 3:00 am.

Erin go Bragh!
