Session 1: Writing the Body workshop with Edwina Shaw
When: 10:30am – 1:00pm
Looking to nurture yourself and inspire your creative expression? Going beyond the five senses, this workshop will take participants deep into the physical experience and explore how different emotions are reflected in bodily sensations and can be harnessed and released through creativity and meditation.
Session 2: The Mindful Art of Journaling with Caylie Jeffery
When: 2:00pm – 4:30pm
The physical and emotional benefits of journaling are well-documented. This workshop will explore the act of journaling and its effects in helping you unwind, work through writers block and record life at its highest and lowest ebbs.
