For one incredible week, the Cantonese fine-dining destination is set to up the ante, hosting the internationally acclaimed, Michelin-starred executive chef Tony Su from T’ang Court Shanghai, Xintiandi. The unmissable experience draws inspiration from its acclaimed sister establishments throughout Asia, promising a specially crafted menu by chef Tony Su. The menu is set to bring forth the authentic flavours of Cantonese cuisine, showcasing the finest locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients of the Gold Coast.
With over three decades of culinary expertise across prestigious establishments, chef Su’s philosophy is deeply rooted in an insatiable curiosity about the uniqueness of each region’s culinary traditions. He believes that food is a mirror reflecting the customs, climate, history and cultural practices of a place, and it connects people with their cultural roots.
