T’ang Court


The jewel in The Langham, Gold Coast’s culinary crown is T’ang Court, the global hospitality group’s signature Michelin-starred destination for fine Cantonese dining. Reflecting the timelessness of the Tang Dynasty, China’s golden age, authentic Cantonese dishes are complemented by tastefully appointed interiors. T’ang Court’s menu will evoke authentic Cantonese flavours using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with the supremely skilled culinary team doling out a host of a la carte dishes and three set menus. The star of the menu is T’ang Court’s three-part ode to traditional Cantonese duck, which is incorporated into dishes like duck pancake with chef’s special hoi sin sauce, duck buns with lychee and raspberry sauce (and a bump or two of caviar, if you’re feeling fancy), and sliced duck breast and leg accompanied with plum sauce. Other stand-out dishes include sauteed pearl meat with ginger, shallot and Asian greens and spicy black tiger prawn with roasted garlic.
