Kia ora whānau! Pimpama Tavern is proud to be celebrating everything that is Aotearoa (NZ) on the 9th February in celebration of Waitangi Day!

What better way to celebrate the significance of the signing of New Zealand’s founding treaty than with a massive line up of music, food and cultural performances inspired by the land of the long white cloud.

MUSIC

You’re invited to sit back in Pimpama’s first long awaited tavern with your whānau, enjoy cultural performances and live music.

There will be culturally interactive, colourful, and funny shows. Go on a journey to Aotearoa (NZ), Samoa, Cook Islands, Tahiti, and Hawaii. The Polynesian shows will have you up and dancing around the venue.

There will be competitions to win one of two All Blacks jerseys!

FOOD & DRINK

Enjoy kai from pop up stalls made famous at NightQuarter! Hangi Chef and Grumpi’s BBQ will be popping up on the day with hangi, seafood, bread pudding, slow cooked barbecue and more! Enjoy Kiwi-inspired dishes from our kitchen. Haka lager will be on tap, as well as our great range of beers and beverages!
