Coava Coffee Roasters does not blend its coffee and names each varietal after the farmers who grow the original plant, honouring the care taken within the crop to cup process. Set within the showroom of eco-design company Bamboo Revolution, the brew bar melds both modern and antique elements, with old industrial worktables and handcrafted wooden stools sitting alongside the curvilinear bar. Spot the complex flavours of each bean on offer as you sip your brew in either espresso or filter form. The friendly folk behind the bar will happily walk you through the motley of flavours and notes coming through each steaming cup.
