The crispy potato skins loaded with sour cream, barbecue bacon and shaved parmesan and the locally sourced grilled prawns coated with chilli and garlic are pretty hard to pass up. If you simply can’t decide, the share platters are a great way to shirk the decision-making responsibilities. The It’s Hot platter is loaded with deliciously spicy selections including fiery chorizo, beef jalapeño, marquise, cheese kransky with chipotle, smoked green tomato chutney and Portobello port wine jus, while on the other end of the culinary spectrum, the vegetarian Market Garden platter is filled with a medley of grilled goodness including marinated eggplant, sweet potato, pumpkin, artichoke heart, pesto marinated bocconcini, olive tapenade and wood fired Turkish bread. If you don’t subscribe to the mantra that sharing is caring, the big bites menu is probably more to your taste and offers delights such as seared Palm Beach reef tuna, char-grilled chicken breast and a grilled Darling Down sirloin steak sandwich.
