As summer hits and work parties start, come along to this special party for writers on the Gold Coast. Lovers of spoken word and song are invited to perform a piece inspired by starry skies and cool breezes, the roar of the ocean at night, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, or any other summery thing that takes your fancy. Come and meet some new friends or catch up with old, and celebrate *four months of Writers Activation* on Thursday December 3 at Writers Activation. Feature word artists: Sally Breen, Ben Allmon, Angela Sunde, Elliot Lewis, Helen Stubbs, Teige Maddison, Jodi Cleghorn, Paige Townsend, Candice Lemon-Scott, Simon Jun and Dinkum Bohos.
