As part of Good Food Month, Jupiters Hotel & Casino is hosting a Chef’s Table dinner with Kiyomi’s Adam Lane. Adam Lane’s cutting-edge menu reflects a creative blend of Japanese and Australian flavours and a bold new way to experience traditional Japanese cuisine. The eight-course degustation is distinctly modern yet infused with the flavours of locally grown produce, matched to drinks selected by one of Australia’s top 100 bartenders.
