With more than a decade of experience dishing up delicious Asian-fusion eats, Fat Noodle at Treasury Brisbane is celebrating its 11th birthday with a fan-favourite feast. This year, the birthday festivities will include a packed platter of Fat Noodle’s most popular plates, available from December 12–17.
In celebration of 11 delicious years, Fat Noodle is treating its loyal diners to a dream feast for two. Curated by sous chef Sarah Ghim, this mouth-watering menu will take hungry folk on a culinary journey that highlights Fat Noodle’s most beloved dishes from the past 11 years, alongside an array of exciting new concoctions.
For just $58, you and a friend can tuck into a sumptuous selection of Southeast-Asian snacks. The flavoursome feast will include the likes of freshly shucked oysters with nuoc cham dressing, teriyaki salmon skewers, peking duck tacos, scallop dumplings, Luke’s famous chicken salad (chicken, pickle, cabbage, fresh mixed herbs and chilli), salt-and-pepper calamari and roti bread with dhal curry sauce.
