Binge bowls of cacio e pepe at OTTO Osteria’s new Sunday Summer Series

Looking to fill an upcoming Sunday with a bit of Italian-inspired frivolity? How about a brunch-style soiree at OTTO Osteria in South Bank? The riverside bar is hosting a series of Sunday feasts all summer long, boasting bottomless prosecco, an oyster-shucking station and many culinary delights crafted by head chef Will Cowper.

Summer wasted no time making its presence known this year, with the heat spiking as soon as we flipped the calendar to December. We’ll be okay, though – OTTO Osteria is looking to cool us off with regular doses of la dolce vita every Sunday at its newly launched brunch series. From 11:00 am every Sunday from December 10 to February 25, OTTO Osteria will offer a special sharing menu created by head chef Will Cowper, which will be paired with free-flowing beverages and live music.

For $95 per person, guests will be able to devour the likes of freshly shucked oysters, house-made focaccia with Sicilian olive oil, smoked-eggplant dip, fried artichokes, prosciutto di San Daniele and bowls of spaghetti cacio e pepe. This feast will be accompanied by free-flowing OTTO Prosecco, rosé and select beers until 12:30 pm. Head to the OTTO website to make a reservation.
